Meison accepts unworn merchandise with the receipt and original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. We accept returns of all unworn and unaltered merchandise in original condition, with original tags attached. All returned merchandise must be in new and unused condition. Clearance/final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged!

Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the purchase. Returns must be processed on the original form of payment used for purchase. Please note that the processing of online returns may take up to ten business days. Though we process your credit immediately, allow 1-2 billing cycles for it to appear on your statement.

Returns should be completed with the form and shipping label from our Returns Center. Drop off your package with the carrier that matches your provided return label. Once your return or exchange is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation notification by email.
